This on-line service continues to be developed.


If you are wishing to obtain information in connection with a property transaction you are strongly advised to carry out a local land charges search through the Council’s Land Charges Section or the National Land Information Service (NLIS) ( www.nlis.org.uk) using one of the licensed channels.


No responsibility will be taken for any errors or omissions or that the information is or will be valid or subsisting in the on-line history presented through this service. Similarly, the information contained does not constitute in any way a formal notification of a decision and as such any actions taken as a result of information displayed on the site are undertaken entirely at the viewer’s own risk.


East Riding of Yorkshire Council reserve the right to remove or to not display certain application related information, either for confidentiality or data protection reasons.


In accordance with the Councils data retention schedule all Building Control application data is retained for a period of 15 years, taken from the date the application was formally deposited to the Council and including the Building Control Public Register of applications.
